All deliveries are tracked and we will use the delivery date from the tracking page. To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. All returns must be returned to our headquarters in the United Kingdom, even if this has been shipped from your local warehouse.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy lasts 24 hours. Should you wish to cancel your order for a full refund, please send an e-mail to service@isner-mile.com. You will be refunded to your original payment method within 24 hours(Extra 24 hours is needed if it's day-off). You will be charged a $2 fee for the transaction charge.
